Easy Jet is launching three new routes from Keflavík International Airport to Belfast, Geneva and Gatwick airport in London. The new flights will operate throughout the year and provide additional and affordable flights for passengers.
It is estimated that Easy Jet will carry 300-400 thousand passengers to Iceland in 2015.
A news team from UTV (Ulster Television in Northern Irland) are in Iceland to report on the event seeing as this is the first time direct flights are operated between the two countries.
