The magazine conducts an annual survey asking people to share their experience both of the friendliest and the unfriendliest cities worldwide. In addition to Reykjavík, Auckland, Budapest, Kyoto, Edinburgh, Bruges, Kraków, Queensland, Dublin and Sidney are on the friendly list.
