A bus carrying 45 foreign travellers rolled over west of the town of Borgarfjörður in West Iceland yesterda, Police in west Iceland reports. All the passengers were foreign travellers, accompanied by a local guide and driver. The accident took place on the road to Snæfellsnes peninsula, near Urriðaá river.
Three passengers were taken to the emergency room at the National University Hospital in Reykjavík, but according to the police their injuries were relatively minor.
The other 42 passengers, driver and guide, were taken to the town of Akranes where they were met by the Red Cross at the headquarters of the Akranes Search and Rescue.
