A video that shows Magnús Bragi Magnússon, horse breeder from Íbishóll farm in Skagafjörður, North Iceland, riding the stallion Óskasteinn bareback and without a bridle has gained much attention in Iceland.
The video was published on Facebook on October 9 by Magnús‘s wife, Elisabeth Janssen, and has been shared over 600 times since.
Óskasteinn was born in 2005 and, according to his owner, is a promising young stallion with good temperament and grades. Óskesteinn was graded a 9.5 for a slow trot (tölt in Icelandic), a 9.5 for amble (skeið in Icelandic) and a 10 for temperament.
“He’s a spirited and lively horse,” the Magnús explained to Mbl.is.
